The DD Penthouse is a bold architectural statement in the heart of Paris, reimagining high-end living across 300 sqm through an earthy, pared-back design language. Moving away from traditional Parisian gilding, it embraces raw materials, clean lines, and monumental forms, defining a new sense of luxury rooted in restraint, texture, and spatial presence.

The staircase is a vertical statement in patinated bronze and cream plaster, anchored by forest green and ivory checkered marble floors. A “frozen rain” glass installation filters light across sculptural bouclé seating and raw stone accents, creating a gallery-like atmosphere. Natural light shifts throughout the day, heightening its tactile, immersive quality.

The living room expresses biomorphic luxury with a cream bouclé sectional, Senape accents, and tiered stone coffee tables anchoring the space. A textured feature wall, fluted marble fireplace, bold art, and bubble-glass chandeliers soften the dark herringbone floors, balancing monumental scale with intimate comfort.

The kitchen is anchored by two monolithic stone islands with bold tectonic veining, set against deep bronze-patinated wall panels. Hand-blown glass bubble chandeliers float above, casting a warm, ethereal glow that softens the space. Raw marble geometry is balanced with dark, refined finishes for a striking contrast.

The master suite combines patinated bronze walls, a sculptural Senape bench, and metallic bedding, while the bathroom contrasts travertine walls with a checkered marble floor and silver soaking tub. Bathed in Parisian light, it balances industrial edge with warm, organic luxury.
